We offer a 30 day no hassle return policy because your satisfaction is important to us. We realize that there are some instances where products may be defective or arrive damaged. We definitely don’t want you to feel inconvenience in this situation. For any defective or damaged products received, just let us know at email@example.com.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item. If you would like to return one or all of the items in your order, please contact our customer service under Contact to get the return address.
Exchange of products
If you like the product but need another size, color or variation, you need to return the product for a refund and then reorder. We recommend that you order immediately upon return, as sometimes the product may be sold out.
1. The returned package can only be returned after review by Pikkastore team. If the returned package is received without Pikkastore's knowledge, we will refuse to sign for it
2. Please contact our customer service center for the return address. Please do not send the package back to the address on the package as it is not our return address. The address on the parcel is the warehouse address of the logistics company we cooperate with.
3. Choose the nearest mailing company to send the package, and pack the package completely to avoid damage in the process of transportation, we refuse to receive damaged items
4. Please write your name and order number on a piece of paper and post it with the items, then send the tracking number of returned goods to our customer service email, so that we can check the package status and sign for receipt.
Who will pay the freight when returning the goods?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our customer service center immediately so that we can resolve the problem. We expect every order to be delivered to you in full. For returns in this case, return shipping charges will be paid by us.
If the product is of good quality, but you don't like it or think it doesn't fit, and you want to return it, you have to pay for the return freight.
How long does a refund take to process?
Once our Pikkastore team receives and inspects your returned product, our accounting team will initiate your refund within 3-5 business days. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your order, detailing the amount refunded. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
Can I return it after 30 days?
We are very sorry that the return time is 30 days. If you do not apply for return within 30 days, it means that you have accepted the package. We refuse to return the package after 30 days.
