How Do I track My Order?
The mode of transportation we use is dedicated line transportation. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. you can use your tracking number and click 17track to check the express information .Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.
What should I do if my parcel is damaged or if there are missing items?
If you have received your order and the package is damaged, we recommend that the customer sign after checking/verifying and report to the Courier during delivery. And send some pictures of the damaged package to the Pikkastore customer Service centre.
If items are missing, please inform Pikkastore Customer Service with details of what items are missing.
What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us state your situation and email at email@example.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
